This session is intended for intermediate and advanced players. To help us arrange balanced and enjoyable games, please join if you meet the following guidelines:

Approximately Japanese Level 4（4部）or above

Able to use the six basic shots consistently: clear, drive, smash, drop, hairpin/net shot, and push
Understand doubles rotation, positioning, and basic rules
Able to maintain rallies and play safely at an intermediate pace without others needing to significantly slow down

Please choose the session that best matches your current level. Those who are still developing these skills are very welcome to join our All Levels sessions
