We just might be a perfect fit for you.
We look forward to seeing you on the mats.

[FFK COMMUNITY RULES]

1. Do not come announced or bring friends without registering formally.

2. Respect the gym - We leave the place in the state it was when we came. Wipe the floor\, gloves\, shin guards and take home your own belongings.

3. Bring cash on the day

4. Don't be a douche - If you are looking to boost your ego in Spar Wars\, this is wrong group. Our goal is learn how to defend ourselves whilst having a great time. Good vibes and hard work. No CTE.

5. Hygiene and Safety
Kickboxing is great fun. But definitely not worth losing an eye over.
If you have hand or toe infections, please come back when it recovers.

6. Be polite - Don't give criticism or unsolicited advice to training partners that you haven't established a rapport with. You will be removed from the group if there are 2 or more official complaints from current members.

7. Spar playfully\, not competitively.
There is time and place for competitively sparring. FFK is not that place.
We save brain cells here.
If you demonstrate poor sparring etiquette and receive complaints on more than 2 occasions, you will be removed from the group.
Our motto for sparring:
Keep it playful, keep each other honest.
