Through cacao, movement, and shared presence, we invite you to appreciate what already nourishes you and make space for what you wish to welcome. Together, we’ll move from ceremony into two extended Ecstatic Dance journeys, with time to share food, connect, and close the day in community. No dance experience needed. Follow your own rhythm, move freely, and come as you are.
