This is a casual language exchange combined with a morning walk. Instead of sitting at a table for the whole event, we’ll walk, talk, and explore Meiji Shrine together, then finish the morning with some relaxed conversation at a nearby café. ☕✨ It’s a great way to start your day early, get some fresh air, practice a language, and meet new people — all before lunchtime! 🌅 🕘 Time 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM 📍 Meeting Point 9:00 AM at JR Harajuku Station – West Exit Please meet just outside the station on the Meiji Jingu side. 🏷️ How to find us The organizer will be waiting at the meeting point wearing a Meetup name tag around their neck. Please look for the Meetup name tag! 💰 Participation Fee ¥500 Food and drinks at the café are not included. Please order and pay individually. 🌿 Schedule 9:00 – Meet & Introductions 👋 We’ll start with brief introductions before heading to Meiji Shrine. 9:10 – Meiji Shrine Walk & Language Exchange ⛩️🌳 We’ll explore Meiji Shrine while chatting in English, Japanese, or both. We’ll switch conversation partners along the way, so you’ll have a chance to talk with different people. 10:10 – Café & Language Exchange ☕ After the walk, we’ll head to a nearby café and continue chatting in a relaxed atmosphere. 11:00 – Finish 🌞 You’ll still have the rest of your day ahead of you! 💬 Everyone is welcome! Beginners are absolutely welcome. You don’t need to be fluent in English or Japanese.
