'Happy Cafe' at The Walrus.

When you first arrive ask behind the bar where Action for Happiness (Happy Cafe) is meeting. We meet upstairs at the Walrus, so we have our own space. Ask at the bar when you arrive and they can direct you up. Please arrive by 17.00. There are games but they are not intimidating, mainly conversation starters. Do give it a try. We would like you to feel happier at the end than when you arrived.
