〜 What to expect
◦ A quick warm up (exact location will be sent to attendees)
◦ A 5 km route (~between 5:30 and 7:30 min/km pace).
◦ After the run, we’ll hang out at Freyja - the bakery for some coffee or beverage of your choice.
