We'll play some tunes, make new friends, find a court and play! 💯🔥

We have some solid pickleball players in our community, but the main goal is to have fun , meeting new people while playing pickleball . If you're very serious about rules, level, playtime, etc. this Meetup might not be for you.

If this is your first time ever playing pickleball, please join our Koenji session instead. We do not provide coaching for this session. (However, if you've played before and just need a quick rule refresher, we are happy to help!).
This session is intended for players who already know the basic rules and can play independently :)

【Pickleball】
☆ 2-4 courts ( depending on the situation the day)
☆ Paddles/balls rentable (+300 yen)
⇒ First 10 min: warm up
⇒ We will finish 10-15minutes before end time to pack up and clean the arena
⇒Courts will be separated according to the levels of the players on the day ( Paddle stack 4 stacks)

【Bring】
☆ ¥1200 (cash / PayPay / Wise — give to the event host, not reception)
☆ One time free pass for those who are registered as members of Tokyo 23 ward ->Registration Link
☆ Indoor shoes (non-marking) , if you don't have them you will have to play in socks

☆Changing rooms & showers are available on the 2nd floor.

【Venue Access Rule】
・Do not enter the sports hall before the official start time and approach reception asking about our event. Members have arrived early in the past and entered the hall without the organizer present or checking in the venue without the organizer present, causing major issues.

【Cancellation】
No same day cancellations. Same day cancellations and no shows are charged (or removed from the group).

This also applies to the people on the waitlist. If you are still on the waitlist by the night before the event, please cancel your RSVP unless you are certain you can attend if moved to the attendee list on the following day.
