Y12SR Yoga is a 12-step recovery based discussion and yoga practice that is open to anyone and everyone dealing with their own addictive behavior or affected by the addictive behavior of others. This is an open and inclusive group.
All A's are welcome (those who've struggled with and/or continue to struggle various addictions or know people who have/continue to struggle with any type of addictions).
This meeting meets on the first and third Friday of each month. This group starts with a 45-minute breath guided discussion followed by 45 minutes on the mats.
Various props for yoga and meditation practices (i.e., bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) are provided at the studio Yoga for Life. Please leave shoes at the entrance before stepping onto the studio floor.
