First of all, I am deeply sorry that I have to set such detailed rules and guidelines for joining our Love sports sessions.

Love sportsセッション参加にあたり、このように細かく決め事を定めなければならない事をまずは残念に思っています。

First off, a quick note on our playing level:
This session is tailored right to my skill level, and I’m looking for players around the same pace."So, how do you know what my level is?"
Just come by, watch a bit, and join the game! Looking forward to playing with you!

まず最初に、プレーレベルについて少しだけ：
このセッションはちょうど私と同じくらいのレベルに合わせています。募集しているのも私と同程度のレベルの方です。「じゃあ、私のレベルってどうやったら分かるの？」

『Thank you all for joining. I now have a good idea of where everyone’s skill level stands—haha. Just to be clear, however, this session is not for beginners. I need participants to be beyond the level of simply "managing to play the game"—meaning you shouldn't be struggling with things like missing serves, botching spikes even with a good toss, failing to return the ball to the setter, forgetting to block, or neglecting to provide backup coverage. Please note that if I determine during the session that a participant does not meet the required skill level, I may have to ask them to leave. I look forward to seeing the results of your regular training.』

Be Punctual: Please arrive on time so we can set up the net and start warm-ups smoothly.

Respect Everyone: Treat all players, regardless of their skill level, with respect and encouragement.
（リスペクト：レベルに関わらず、すべてのプレーヤーをお互いに尊重し、応援し合いましょう。）
1. Court Etiquette & Setup（コートでのマナー・準備）

Help Out: All members are expected to help set up and take down the net and equipment.
（準備と片付け：全員でネットの設営や器具の片付けを行ってください。）
Keep It Clean: Clean up your own trash and leave the venue better than we found it.
（清掃：ごみは各自で持ち帰り、使用前よりもキレイにして帰りましょう。）

1. Basic Skills & Knowledge Required（基本技術・ルールの理解）

Participants should have basic skills in serving, receiving, spiking, and setting.
（サーブ、レシーブ、スパイク、トスの基本技術を習得していること。）

Mistakes happen—don't worry about them! Just focus on learning and having fun.
（失敗はつきものです！気にせず楽しんでプレーしましょう。）

A basic understanding of volleyball rules is required. You don't need to know every detailed penalty or rotation rule.
（基本的なバレーボールルールを理解していること。細かいペナルティやローテーションなどを完璧に把握していなくても大丈夫です。）

1. Safety & Fair Play（安全第一・プレーの心がけ）
Games will be played with whoever is present that day. Please prioritize safety to avoid collisions and injuries.
（当日集まったメンバーでプレーするのが基本です。接触や怪我がないよう、安全を第一に考えてください。）

Be careful with feet plays (kicking) and aggressive plays near the net.
（足でのプレーや無理なネット際のプレーは事故防止のため充分にご注意ください。）

Give your best effort to keep the ball up, and most importantly, enjoy the game!
（ボールを落とさないよう一生懸命に、そして何より楽しくプレーしましょう！）

1. Level of Play & Consideration for Others（プレーのレベル・他者への配慮）

Advanced skills and tactical knowledge are great, but if a play or instruction is deemed not suited for everyone’s shared understanding, we may ask you to refrain from it.
（高度なプレーや知識は素晴らしいですが、参加者全員の共通認識とならないと判断した場合は、プレーや指示をお控えいただくことがあります。）

🏢 Facility Use Guidelines（施設利用規定）
1. Trash Policy / Pack It In, Pack It Out（ゴミの持ち帰り）

Since we are using school facilities, throwing away trash in any school trash cans (including in the restrooms) is strictly prohibited. Please take all your trash home with you.
（学校施設をお借りしているため、トイレ等も含め施設内のすべてのゴミ箱への投棄は禁止です。ゴミは必ず各自でお持ち帰りください。）

1. No Smoking & Eating Guidelines（禁煙・飲食）
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises (both indoors and outdoors).
（すべての施設・敷地内は完全禁煙です。）

Food and drinks are generally not allowed inside the facility. (Please limit to water/sports drinks for hydration only.)
（施設内での飲食は原則NGです。※水分補給程度にとどめてください。）

1. Facility Amenities（設備について）
Please note that some venues may not have full amenities, such as showers or changing rooms.
（シャワーや更衣室などの十分な設備がない場所もありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。）

Please note that some facilities do not have water fountains or places to refill your drinks. Please make sure to bring enough of your own fluids.
（施設によっては冷水機や水分の補充をする場所がありません。必要な水分はご自身で多めにお持ちいただくようお願いいたします。）

1. Designated Routes & Doors（移動ルート・施錠）
Please strictly follow the designated route from the entrance to the gymnasium. Entering any other areas is prohibited.
（入り口から体育館までは指定されたルートのみをご利用ください。それ以外の場所への立ち入りは禁止です。）

Always close any doors or gates after opening them.
（開けた入り口や扉は、必ずその都度閉めてください。）

⏳ Cancellation Policy（キャンセルポリシー）

As a general rule, cancellations or changes within 24hours before the event starts are not allowed.
（原則として、イベント開始24時間前からの変更やキャンセルはお断りしております。）

If a last-minute cancellation is unavoidable, please make sure to contact the host directly or leave a comment on the event page.
（どうしても不可能な理由でキャンセルが必要な場合は、必ず直接連絡するかコメントを残してください。）
1. Check Your Status / Waitlist Notice（ステータスの確認・ウェイトリスト）

Especially if it is your first time participating, please check your status frequently as you may have been moved from the Waitlist to the Going list.
（特に初めてご参加される方は、ウェイトリストから参加確定（Going）へ自動的に繰り上がっている場合がありますので、ご自身でステータスの確認をお願いします。）

Please be mindful that last-minute changes directly affect and cause inconvenience to members on the waitlist.

1. 持ち物・服装（What to Bring & Dress Code）

Indoor Court Shoes: Please bring clean indoor athletic shoes. Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the gym.
（体育館用の室内履きをお持ちください。外履きでの入場は禁止です。）

1.Appropriate Attire: Wear comfortable sportswear and personal protection (knee pads, etc.) if needed.
（動きやすい運動着でお越しください。必要に応じて膝サポーター等もご持参ください。）

Personal Belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings. The group is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
（貴重品は各自で管理してください。紛失・盗難の責任は負いかねます。）

Injury Liability: Please play safely. The host and group are not liable for personal injuries occurred during the session.
（怪我のないよう安全にプレーしてください。セッション中の負傷について、主催者およびグループは責任を負いません。）

Media Usage: We may take photos or videos for group memories and future event promotion. If you do not wish to be included, please let the host know beforehand.
（記録や宣伝のために写真・動画を撮影する場合があります。写りたくない方は事前にお申し出ください。）

Fee & Payment: The fee is [金額] per session, payable by [PayPay / Cash / etc.] before or after the session.
