With Tokyo Tower nearby, Shiba Park gives us an easy place to sit together, share snacks, and enjoy the transition from daylight into the evening. This is not a formal networking event or a structured activity — it’s simply a comfortable social gathering where conversations can develop naturally. The picnic is open to expats, locals, internationals, travelers, students, remote workers, and anyone interested in making friends in Tokyo. You can move between conversations, stay with one group, take a quiet break, or simply enjoy being around others. There is no pressure to be highly outgoing.
