Free Women’s Gathering on the Turia River An intimate and mindful space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself surrounded by women. We’ll meet at Turia Park to share, move our bodies gently, listen to one another, and create genuine connection through presence and authenticity. You don’t need any prior experience or to “do it right.” Just come as you are. What will we do? During the gathering, we’ll combine different simple and natural activities such as: Women’s circle Gentle exercises for body awareness and breathing. Short activities for introspection and mindfulness Time to share and listen to one another Connection with nature and the body Moments of calm, authenticity, and expansion The goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where we can let go of external noise, connect with ourselves, and feel supported.
