Our weekend Yoga sessions have been running since 2010. This practice group is for anyone interested in a Hatha Yoga practice! Our purpose is to release the stresses from the week gone by and prepare you for the week ahead. 🧘♂️
Our practice includes:
Hatha Yoga postures
Pranayama Breathing
Guided affirmations
Dynamic stretching flow
Combined into mindful sequences
What to bring?
Yoga mat, Water bottle & wear comfortable clothing.
Fee: By Donation
Please donate to help us cover the costs (minimum contribution $120). You will receive the following benefits:
