LAKE NOCKAMIXON BEGINNER FRIENDLY MOUNTAIN BIKE (Followed by sanctioned night ride fundraiser):

At 1:30PM, we will meet/park for mountain biking. Have your bike ready to ride by 1:45PM. Make sure to test out your bike ahead of time!

Park at the Tower Road Parking Lot (Google says it is located at 1 Fink Dr, Ottsville, PA 18942).

You should have a mountain bike, and not a hybrid bike for these dirt/rock trails. We will go for a 2 hour 8 mile loop around the well groomed mountain bike trails. Wear a helmet and have something on yourself like a wristband with your emergency contact.

This ride is intermediate/beginner friendly (you should be somewhat familiar with riding on dirt trails and be confident riding up curbs etc to deal with rocks and roots). We will split into levels if enough people sign up.

ADVANCED NIGHT RIDE STARTING AT 5PM:
There is a Noxturnal VNM Fundraiser that starts at 5pm that some people will stay for (although it starts at a different parking lot)... It will mostly be the same trails, but ridden at night with a light, and that would be for more advanced riders. Register here, and people will chat more about that in the XNM Mountain Bike chat:
