Let's visit Toyo University's annual festival, the Hakusan Festival! 🎓🌍

The 2026 theme is “Bon voyage: From Toyo University to the World!” It's a university festival featuring decorations inspired by world travel and a variety of events organized by students! 🎉✨

☕ Meet at the Café First!
Join our international exchange meetup at the café and enjoy conversations in English and Japanese.
Before we head out, we'll set up a special table for participants joining the walk, giving everyone a chance to get to know one another. Even if you're joining alone or attending for the first time, you can feel comfortable meeting new people and enjoy chatting with everyone throughout the walk!

After leaving the café, we'll take the train to Toyo University's Hakusan Campus to enjoy the Hakusan Festival.

This year's festival is designed to make you feel as if you're traveling around the world as you explore the campus!

🌍✨ The campus will feature world-travel-themed decorations, including displays, signs, and stage designs. You can enjoy student-run food stalls, delicious food, and live performances such as singing, dancing, and wind ensemble music.

There are also plenty of unique activities to discover, including a haunted house inspired by supernatural tales from around the world, a flag-matching memory game, a kids' area featuring games from different countries, and a campus-wide quiz rally!

Why not explore the campus together, enjoy delicious food and exciting performances, and discover the many attractions inspired by world travel? 🌏🍴🎶

📍 ENGLISH ONLY CAFE (2:30–3:15 PM)
Start by joining our international meetup at the café, where you can enjoy casual conversations in both Japanese and English.
Before we head out, we’ll have a table just for walking participants so you can get to know each other and connect before the walk. This makes it easy for first-time and solo participants to feel comfortable and enjoy chatting with everyone throughout the walk!

📍 Toyo University Hakusan Festival (1:50 PM)
The Toyo University Hakusan Festival is a university festival held at Toyo University's Hakusan Campus in Bunkyo, Tokyo. Organized mainly by students, it features a variety of activities, including food stalls, stage performances, exhibitions, and interactive experiences.
The festival welcomes not only students but also members of the public, offering a great opportunity to experience university life and student culture. The 2026 theme is “Bon voyage: From Toyo University to the World!”, with decorations and activities inspired by world travel.

We will generally explore the festival together. However, as large crowds are expected, we will remain flexible and may arrange designated free-time periods depending on the situation.

🏺 Important Notes
- This is not a guided tour.
- Please arrive by the "Departure Time". You cannot join the event after departure.
- The last order for drinks is 30 minutes before the departure time.
- If you do not order a drink\, an additional ¥500 will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Same-day registration is allowed before entering the café\, but not after.
- The event will be canceled if fewer than three people are attending or in case of severe weather. In such cases\, you are welcome to join one of our various events at the cafe instead.
- If you leave the event early\, please let the organizer know.

東洋大学の学園祭「白山祭」へ出かけましょう！🎓🌍
2026年のテーマは「Bon voyage 〜東洋大学発、世界行き。〜」。世界旅行をイメージした装飾や、学生たちが企画するさまざまなイベントを楽しめる大学祭です！🎉✨

☕ まずはカフェに集合！
まずはカフェで開催されている国際交流会に参加し、日本語や英語での会話を楽しみましょう。
出発前にはウォーキング参加者用のテーブルを設け、親睦を深めてから出発するので、初参加やお一人でも自然に打ち解け、ウォーキング中も楽しく交流できます！

カフェを出発した後は、電車で白山にある東洋大学へ向かい、学園祭「白山祭」を楽しみます。

2026年のテーマは「Bon voyage 〜東洋大学発、世界行き。〜」。キャンパス内を巡りながら世界旅行をしているような気分を味わえるのが、今年の白山祭の特徴です！

🌍✨ 企画や看板、ステージも世界旅行をイメージした装飾で彩られ、学生たちによる模擬店や飲食ブース、歌やダンス、吹奏楽などのステージパフォーマンスが楽しめます。

さらに、世界各地の怪異をテーマにしたお化け屋敷や、国旗神経衰弱、世界の遊びを体験できるキッズ企画、キャンパス内を巡るクイズラリーなど、ユニークな催しも盛りだくさん！

日本人も外国人も一緒にキャンパスを散策しながら、グルメやパフォーマンス、世界旅行をテーマにしたさまざまな企画を楽しみませんか？
