【 関西ランブラーズ 10月ハイキング～山の辺の道を歩こう～！】 Why don’t you join our walking tour & cultural exchange program?? （日本語は下↓） Kansai Ramblers –October Hike ～Hiking along Yamanobe-no-Michi～ Date: Sunday, October 11th, 2026 (2nd Sunday) ⏰ Meeting Points & Times ① JR Osaka Station, 1st Floor Central Gate – 9:05 AM ② JR Miwa Station, ticket gate exit – 10:40 AM 🚋 Access From Osaka: JR Osaka 9:12 AM → JR Nara 10:03 AM → JR Miwa 10:39 AM From Kyoto: JR Kyoto 9:07 AM → JR Nara 10:03 AM → JR Miwa 10:39 AM 🗺️Hiking Route Miwa Station → Ōmiwa Shrine → Hibara Shrine → Emperor Sujin’s Mausoleum (lunch) → Takenouchi Moat Village → Isonokami Shrine → Tenri Station Arrival at Tenri Station: around 4:30 PM Level:　Beginner, Distance: approx. 14 km Walking time: 　approx. 5 hours 🌟Yamanobe-no-Michi is one of Japan’s oldest roads and is mentioned in the Kojiki, a historical record compiled about 1,300 years ago. The historic route originally connected Sakurai and Nara for approximately 26 km, and much of the old path has remained to this day. Although our route is about 14 km, it is relatively flat, so you do not necessarily need mountain hiking boots. Enjoy historic shrines, ancient sites, and beautiful autumn countryside scenery while walking and chatting with people from different countries! 💰Participation fee: 200 yen Please RSVP on Facebook!
