Tennis practice session 🎾
A small group of 4 players focused on improving our consistency, rallying quality, and overall game together. We’ll keep things friendly and structured, with plenty of hitting time for everyone.
Session plan:
10 min — Mini rally warm-up
15 min — Straight-line rally
15 min — Cross-court rally
15 min — Volley & groundstroke drills
15 min — Serve & return
30 min — Doubles games, first to 4
Fee: ¥1,000 per person (with 4 participants).
If we have fewer than 4 participants, we’ll switch to singles-focused practice instead, and the fee will be ¥1,500 per person.
The goal is to get focused practice, improve together, and have a good time! 🎾
