Chic "Caviar Hour" at Apéro DC!

Join us for a deliciously indulgent Caviar Hour at Apéro, 2022-2025 Michelin-recommended French bistro and wine bar located in Washington, D.C.’s historic Georgetown!

Separate checks will always be requested in advance. All diners should be prepared to split tabs in the event the restaurant is unable to honor our request.

Apéro offers a fabulous and fancy happy hour special with 10g of Black River Osetra caviar with all the classic accoutrements, plus two galsses of Blanc de Blancs or Brut Rosé for $53. For an extra-special experience, you can upgrade to the "Happiest Hour" with 20g of caviar paired with a bottle of Marcel Pierre Brut Champagne for $134.

Michelin Guide:

Dining at Apéro feels like landing upon an intimate and chic dining secret. This welcome boîte boasts a windowed façade delicately draped with sheer curtains; inside, discover midnight-blue walls, gold accents and an ultra-plush Persian rug. A secret garden in the back is the place for a tête-à-tête.

Champagne and caviar is the menu's mission, and owner/sommelier Elli Benchimol and team nail it. Caviar at all price points is offered with a host of accoutrements, like chopped egg, capers and chives, as well as batons of crunchy waffles. Rest assured though as the carte flaunts a whole range of French classics, including an exquisitely seasoned lobster bisque bobbing with croutons, tailed by deviled eggs mixed with sweet potato, bacon and crystals of brown sugar.

Come ready to sip, snack, and meet fellow food lovers over bubbles and caviar!
