🌙🌙 Shiba Park to Imperial Palace | Friday Night Run

City Lights • Easy Run • Optional Dinner

Let’s finish the week with a relaxed night run through central Tokyo! 🏃‍♀️🌃
We’ll start at Shiba Park, run through the city toward the Imperial Palace, and finish near the palace/Tokyo Station area.
This is a social run, not a race. We’ll keep a comfortable group pace, stay together, and take short breaks when needed.
After the run, anyone who wants to stay can join us for an optional dinner nearby. 🍻🍜
Come for the run, stay for dinner — or just join whichever part works for you!

🏃 The Route

Our planned route:
Shiba Park
↓
Tokyo Tower area 🗼
↓
Central Tokyo
↓
Imperial Palace 🌙
↓
Finish around the Imperial Palace / Tokyo Station area
We’ll enjoy Tokyo as the city lights come on and take a few short stops along the way for water, photos and regrouping.
The exact route may be adjusted slightly depending on traffic and conditions on the day.

📍 Meeting Point

Shibakoen Station (芝公園駅) — Exit A4
We’ll meet in front of Exit A4 and start the run together from there.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we have time for a quick introduction and warm-up before starting.

🌙 Pace & Level

This is a casual social run, so there’s no need to be fast.
We’ll run at a comfortable pace and try to stay together as a group.
You should be comfortable running continuously for several kilometers, but this is about running, talking and enjoying Tokyo together, not setting a personal best.

🍜 Optional Dinner After the Run

After we finish near the Imperial Palace, we’ll find somewhere around the Tokyo Station / Marunouchi area for a casual dinner together.
Dinner is completely optional.
Everyone will pay for their own food and drinks.
It’s a nice chance to sit down, relax and actually get to know the people you’ve just spent the evening running with. 😊

🎒 Baggage

⚠️ This is a point-to-point run.
We will start at Shiba Park and finish around the Imperial Palace/Tokyo Station, so please bring only what you can comfortably carry while running.
A small running backpack or running belt is recommended.
Please avoid leaving belongings near the starting point, as we won’t be returning there after the run.

💴 Participation Fee

First time joining our running events: ¥1,000
Returning runners: Free
Cash or PayPay at the meeting point.
Dinner and drinks are not included.

Since this is an evening run, reflective clothing or a small running light is recommended.
