Book Club Meeting: The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot

For our fifth meeting, we’ll be discussing The One Hundred Years of Lenni and Margot by Marianne Cronin — a touching and uplifting novel about friendship, life, and the stories that connect generations. About the book: Seventeen-year-old Lenni Pettersson is living in a hospital when she meets Margot, an eighty-three-year-old woman in the hospital’s art room. Together, they discover that their ages add up to one hundred years. Inspired by this coincidence, they decide to create one hundred paintings, each representing a story from their lives.
