DMV Nerdettes Holiday Game Night 🎄🎲 | Ugly Sweaters + White Elephant

Come hang out with DMV Nerdettes for a relaxed holiday game night at Board Room in Dupont Circle! We’ll spend the afternoon playing board games, eating, drinking, laughing, and doing an optional White Elephant gift exchange.

Board Room has a large selection of board games, so we can split into smaller groups depending on what everyone wants to play. Whether you’re into strategy games, party games, card games, trivia, or something competitive enough to destroy a friendship for 20 minutes, there should be plenty to choose from. 😂

🎁 White Elephant Gift Exchange
Participation is completely optional. If you want to join, bring one wrapped gift valued at no more than $10–$15. Nerdy, funny, cute, fandom-related, gaming-related, or just something you think another Nerdette would enjoy all work.

If you don’t bring a gift, you can still absolutely come to the event and play games. You’ll just sit out the gift exchange.

🎄 Ugly Sweaters
Ugly holiday sweaters are encouraged but not required. Nerdy and fandom-themed holiday sweaters are especially welcome.

🍕 Food & Drinks
Food and drinks are not included and must be purchased separately.

This is meant to be an easy, low-pressure holiday meetup. Come solo, bring your competitive streak, meet some new Nerdettes, reconnect with people you’ve met at previous events, and spend a few hours playing games before the holiday rush really kicks in.
