NYC Basket Brigade 2026: Thanksgiving Baskets in Brooklyn 🧡

One Saturday. A room full of neighbors. Thousands of families fed.

Since 1996, the NYC Basket Brigade has fed more than 1.5 million people across New York. Last Thanksgiving alone, we fed more than 4,000.

Every one of those meals happened because someone showed up.

This year, that someone can be you.

You’ll pack food alongside 100+ volunteers and meet people you’d never cross paths with otherwise. When you leave, you’ll know a family will sit down to a real Thanksgiving because of your Saturday.

No experience needed. Just 2 to 3 hours of your time.
