Taijiquan/Taichi Bailey Park 🪷

While we can still feel the lingering traces of summer, we have reached the time when the presence of autumn is gradually deepening. Join Ivan for a spot of Taijiquan or Tai chi in Bailey Park, Abergavenny. Ivan will be running the event. Hopefully it won't be raining on the day! ☀️🍂☀️🍂 Make sure you are in the clothes and footwear you are comfortable to move around. Layers could be helpful - depending on the weather. Grab a bottle of water - if you want. Not much else to prepare. We will be either there, likely in the tree shade somewhere around the gazebo. Find the gazebo first - and you will likely see us from there. It is drop in / drop out kind of event, so if you are late or have to leave early - it is perfectly ok. Ivan will likely be there a bit earlier and stay till the sunset unless no one shows up and RSVP is empty.
