To close the year we will have a lovely candlelit (not live fire!!!) session to relax and stretch and shut off the stresses of December as we focus as always on alignment, balance, core, posture and flexibility. This is suitable for beginners - mid level. You will need a mat, we sometimes use a pilates ball or block but you can bring a tennis, or sponge ball or similar if you want to.
