Painting at Little Edi - part 1

Put on your old clothes - this week we'll be painting at the Little Edi Centre in Baddow Road.

It's an indoor task, but bring a head torch if you want a little extra light on the way.

Little Edi is about a mile from our meeting point at The Old Factory Gym, and we run at chatty pace, no-one gets left behind.

If you've never been to GoodGym before, or you've not been in a while, you'd be very welcome to join us.

You don't need any equipment, just wear clothes you can run and paint in.

There is parking at the gym, and we can use their toilets and lockers. Please bring a padlock if you want to use a locker.
