Litter pick

Unless another task request comes in before Wednesday, we'll be litter picking this week.

It's an outdoor task and it will be mostly dark, so please bring a head torch if you have one 🌚

Newcomers are always welcome at GoodGym. Litter picking equipment will be provided, just wear clothes you can run (and chat) in, and bring your own gloves if you have them.

We run at chatty pace and we have a back marker, so no one gets left behind.

There is parking available at The Old Factory Gym, and we can use their toilets and lockers. Please bring a padlock if you want to use a locker.
