Evening walk after a day at home or in the office.
This session is an hours brisk walk to help to switch off at the end of the day. It is a brisk one hour walk, with few stops. It will be at a steady consistent pace so ideal for building your cardio fitness!!
It is a social walk so you will have the distraction of chatting whilst exercising. During the winter months head torches are essential so YOU can be seen as the route tends to be off the Comyn.
During the lighter evenings there is more opportunity to take this session over fields and farmland.
