TEDxSophia Uは、TED本部から公式ライセンスを取得し、上智大学で独自にTEDxイベントを学生自らで運営・開催しております。今回、通算10回目のイベントとなるTEDxSophia U Main Eventを、2026年12月19日(土)に上智大学にて開催いたします。

TEDxSophia U operates independently at Sophia University under an official license from TED. This year, we will be hosting our 10th TEDxSophia U Main Event at Sophia University on Saturday, December 19, 2026.

テーマ／Theme　"Ember"

Ember - 焚き火のあとに残るかけら。
時が経ってもたしかな熱を持ち、やがて次の炎を生み出す火種となるもの。

たくさんのものが生まれ、消えていく今、
変化の中でも消えずに残る熱に目を向けよう。

他者との出会い、そして交わされる言葉がのこす小さな火種が、
一人ひとりの心の中で静かに灯り続け、ふとした瞬間に燃え上がることを願って。

Ember- what remains in the wake of a fire.
Harboring steady energy at any moment, eventually becoming the spark for the next blaze.

Today, as countless things come and go,
Let us take a look at the never-fading heat.

Every encounter with Others, every word for Others, leaves a spark.

開催概要／Overview

本イベントでは、4名のスピーカーと1組のパフォーマーの方々にご登壇していただきます。また、登壇者によるワークショップも実施いたします。

4 speakers and a performing group will be on stage during the event. We also have some workshops you can join after the talk.

運営の都合上、13:05までにご入場ください。

Welcome Sessionでは、イベントをより有意義なものにしていただくためのアクティビティをご用意しております。受付後13:30までお楽しみいただけますので、どうぞお早めにお越しください。

昼食はご入場前にお済ませください。（10号館講堂での飲食はご遠慮いただいております）

お食事はアフターパーティーにてご提供いたします。

アフターパーティーについては会場の都合上、定員人数を設けさせていただいております。お申し込み人数によっては2部制の形をとらせていただく場合がございます。

イベントは全て日本語で行われます。（トークには英訳をご用意いたします。）

During the Welcome Session, we will offer activities designed to help you engage more deeply with the event. You may enjoy them until 13:30 after completing your check-in, so we encourage you to arrive early. (For operational reasons, please enter the venue by 13:05.)

Please have your lunch before entering the venue, as eating and drinking are not permitted inside the Building 10 Auditorium. Light meals will be served at the After Party.

As the venue capacity for the After Party is limited, we may conduct a random selection of participants. Depending on the number of applications, we may divide the party into two sessions.

The event will be conducted mainly in Japanese. (Talks will be translated into English.)

ワークショップについて／About Workshop Session

Talk Session後に、それぞれのトーク内容に沿ったワークショップを実施いたします。当日ご参加いただくワークショップは、4つすべてのトークをお聞きいただいた後にご選択いただきます。
（１つのワークショップにご希望が集中した場合、第2希望以降のワークショップになることがございます。予めご了承ください。）

After the Talk Session, we will hold workshops aligned with each speaker's talk. You will choose one workshop after listening to all 4 talks.
(Please note that if many participants select the same workshop, you may be assigned to your second or third preference.)

イベントに関する注意／Attention regarding the event

原則、After Partyを除き全てのプログラムにご参加いただきます。

当日、各トークは収録され、後日TEDx公式YouTubeチャンネルにて公開されます。

参加者の皆様による録画・録音はご遠慮ください。

携帯電話のマナーモードの設定にご協力お願いいたします。また、トーク中の会場入退室はご遠慮ください。

本イベントの様子は、TEDxSophia Uの記録・広報などを目的として、写真や映像で記録させて頂きます。

本イベントの様子は、弊団体の記録・広報を目的として、写真や映像で記録させていただきます。当日はphotographer release（目的外使用などの禁止に関する文章）に署名したスタッフのみが撮影いたします。当日撮影に同意されない方は、チケット選択後画面の「事前確認フォーム」にてその旨をご回答ください。

本イベントでは、スピーカーやメンバー、参加者の皆様などイベントに関わる全ての人々が心地よく参加できるよう、行動規範を定めています。詳しくはこちらをご確認ください。

As a general rule, we kindly ask all participants to attend all programs except for After Party.

On the event day, all of the talks will be recorded.

Please refrain from recording or photographing this event.

We request your cooperation in setting your mobile phones to silent mode and refraining from entering or leaving the venue during each talk.

The event will be documented in photos and videos for the purposes of TEDxSophia U’s records and publicity.

Photographs and video footage of the event will be taken by our organization for documentation and promotional purposes. Only staff members who have signed a photographer release (a document outlining restrictions on use beyond the stated purposes) are permitted to conduct photography on the day of the event. If you do not consent to being photographed, please indicate this in the “Pre-Event Confirmation Form” that appears after selecting your ticket.

To ensure that all individuals involved in the event—including speakers, members, and participants—can take part comfortably, we have established a Code of Conduct. Please refer to it here for more details.

チケットに関する注意／Notice regarding the ticket

チケット選択後、事前確認フォームへのご回答をお願いいたします。

チケットは、１回のお申し込みにつき１枚まで選択可能です。同行の方の分も購入したい場合、お手数ですが再度チケット購入手続きと事前アンケートを実施していただく流れになります。

チケットは購入後、譲渡可能です。譲渡をご希望の方は、Peatix上にてお手続ください。

申込後、お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合チケット代金の返金は致しかねますので、ご了承ください。
※天候や災害などのやむを得ない事態によりイベントが中止になった場合、チケット代金は全額返金いたします。

After selecting your ticket, please complete the Pre-Event Confirmation Form.

You can select one ticket per transaction. If you wish to purchase tickets for additional attendees, you will need to complete the ticket purchase process and pre-event survey separately for each person.

Tickets are transferable after purchase. If you wish to transfer your ticket, please complete the process via Peatix.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to personal reasons.

In the case of unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather or disasters resulting in event cancellation, a full ticket price will be refunded.
