Bhd.（マレーシア） Circular Economy ● 茶かすなどの農業廃棄物を、高性能な複合材料へ変換・提供する事業 ● 実証内容：渋谷川に茶かすから作られた家具を設置し、 来街者が実際に利用することで、新素材の価値を体感できる実証を実施 株式会社LEP（日本） Clean Energy & Carbon Neutrality ● 生物発光遺伝子を活用し、電源不要で自ら発光する植物の開発 ● 実証内容：渋谷の空間に発光植物を展示し、植物自身が放つ光の空間演出効果や、 次世代光源に対する来街者の受容性を検証 株式会社モカブル（日本） Agri & Food Tech ● コーヒー豆をまるごと微粉砕した”食べるコーヒー”の開発 ● 実証内容：渋谷の飲食店とコラボレーションし、「食べるコーヒー」を活用した 新メニューを提供して、来街者の評価や環境意識の変化を検証 【主催】 ● 東急不動産株式会社 ● 株式会社野村総合研究所 --------------------------------------------------- We are excited to announce a special event celebrating the Demo Day for "GREEN VALLEY SHIBUYA (GVS)", an accelerator program supporting GreenTech startups. As an official partner project of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's "TOKYO SUTEAM,"this program provides selected startups with public spaces and commercial facilities in the Greater Shibuya Area as PoC fields to accelerate their social implementation. At this Demo Day, the selected startups will present the results of their PoC in the Greater Shibuya.We warmly invite investors and corporate professionals interested in the GreenTech sector to participate. 【Event Details】 Date ● Friday, December 4, 2026 Venue ● SAKURA DEEPTECH SHIBUYA - Global Innovation Hub - ● 12F Central Building, Shibuya Sakura Stage 1-2 Sakuragaoka-cho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo ● 1-minute walk from the New South Gate of JR Shibuya Station ● Note: The entrance can be a bit tricky to find, so please allow extra time for your arrival. Admission ● Free (Pre-registration Required) Language ● Pitches will be delivered in Japanese and English. ● Translation tools/services will be provided. 【Program】 Startup Pitch ● The 6 selected startups will report on the results of their PoCs and pitch their visions for future global expansion and fundraising. (Canada) | Biodiversity & Sustainability ● Development of light-reactive photocatalysts for water purification by leveraging AI and quantum science. ● PoC: Exhibiting an interactive demonstration where contaminated water is purified by light. Visitors can witness the real-time process of water instantly turning clear. D-Weather Inc. (Japan) | Biodiversity & Sustainability ● Development of an AI-driven system for high-resolution, real-time "micro-weather" forecasting. ● PoC: Displaying real-time heat indices for specific streets on digital signage in Shibuya. D-Weather aim to offer safer and more comfortable choices for visitors, verifying behavioral changes through the visualization of heatstroke risks. ChopValue Manufacturing Japan (Canada/Japan) | Circular Economy ● Upcycling used chopsticks into highly durable furniture and next-generation materials. ● PoC: Producing furniture upcycled from used chopsticks collected in the Shibuya area and installing it in cafes. Visitors can use the products to experience the value of the circular economy firsthand. Midwest Composites Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) | Circular Economy ● Converting agricultural waste, such as tea grounds, i nto high-performance bio-composite materials. ● PoC: Installing furniture made from tea grounds along the Shibuya River. Visitors can actually use the products to experience the material's durability and the value of this new material. LEP Co., Ltd. (Japan) | Clean Energy & Carbon Neutrality ● Development of autonomously glowing plants that require no power source, utilizing bioluminescent genes. ● PoC: Exhibiting luminescent plants in Shibuya spaces to verify the spatial ambiance created by the plants' natural light and public receptiveness to this next-generation light source. Mokable Inc. (Japan) | Agri & Food Tech ● Development of sustainable "edible coffee" by finely pulverizing whole coffee beans. ● PoC: Collaborating with restaurants in Shibuya to offer new menu items featuring "edible coffee," allowing us to evaluate visitors' responses and shifts in environmental awareness. 【Organizers】 ● Tokyu Land Corporation ● Nomura Research Institute, Ltd.
