Series: Cambridge Conservation Initiative Events
Raj Patel – award-winning author and Chair of IPES-Food – joins us for a discussion with an expert panel on the sustainable food system crisis.
As the global food landscape worsens – with impending disasters linked to climate (and El Niño), geopolitics, conflict and corporate capture – Raj will discuss alongside an expert panel if there is hope in approaches that put people and nature at the centre, such as agroecology and food sovereignty, and how this requires tackling the power relations that continue to support harmful industrial food systems and cultures.
