🎲 Board Games & Language Exchange at Public House | XI-SAI

Spend a relaxed Saturday evening playing board games and meeting new people in Mukojima. Beginners and solo participants are very welcome. Yuya will help everyone find a table and explain the rules in Japanese or English, so you can join even if the games are new to you.

Alongside board games, we’ll also introduce traditional Japanese games and dagashi, classic Japanese sweets and snacks.

Access: About 7 minutes from Tokyo Skytree Station East Exit, 10 minutes from Oshiage Station, or 15 minutes from Tobu Asakusa Station. Public House is a bar on the first floor of a renovated residential building. Please check the map pin and street number when you are nearby.

Fee: From ¥1,500, including one drink. The price varies depending on your drink choice. Pay at the venue.

こんにちは、Yuyaです。人がボードゲームを楽しんでいる時間を見るのが好きで、東京でXI-SAIのボードゲーム＆日英交流会を開いています。大人になると新しい人と会うきっかけが少なくなりますが、ボードゲームは自然に同じ卓を囲める、ちょうどいいきっかけだと思っています。初心者の方も、お一人での参加も歓迎です。

Hi, I’m Yuya. I love seeing people enjoy board games together, and I host XI-SAI board game and Japanese-English exchange nights in Tokyo. Meeting new people can be difficult as adults, and board games give us a natural reason to sit around the same table. Beginners and solo guests are welcome!
