[Workshop] Darkroom Photo Prints with Coffee Sun, 4 Oct 2026 | 3-5pm SAM at Tanjong Pagar Distripark (via Cantonment MRT Station Exit 1), Level 3, 03-07, The Main Deck $10 per pax | Ages 12 and up Step into a darkroom and explore photography through experimental image-making using coffee-based development techniques. Inspired by Hiroshi Sugimoto's photographs, this workshop invites you to slow down and pay close attention to the process of image-making and observe the relationship between light and time. Each print records a unique interaction between light, chemistry and chance, creating one-of-a -kind photographic prints. In this workshop, you will: Create photograms and chemigrams using light, objects and photographic paper Experience a slow, hands-on image development process using coffee Take home your own A6 photogram prints This programme is presented in conjunction with the exhibition, Hiroshi Sugimoto: Form Is Emptiness. EVENT ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION Each ticket will only admit only 1 participant. Only registered participants are allowed to attend this workshop. Please arrive early, or at least 5 minutes before for registration. The programme will start promptly at the time stated. Participants do not need to purchase tickets to the exhibition to experience this workshop.
