Build a Compromise: A LEGO Challenge

Build a Compromise is an interactive conflict-resolution activity where residents work in small groups to build a LEGO structure while each participant is given a different, potentially conflicting goal. Residents will need to communicate, negotiate, and compromise to successfully complete the challenge.
